1. Once payment details are verified as mentioned in form, then only membership shall be renewed
2. Any changes in mobile or Email or Address should be mentioned inside the remarks tab.
3. For Cash/Cheque options, Renewal form shall be considered as submitted on the date of receipt of payment of membership fees and not the date of form submitted.
4. Be careful while selecting payment options in case of online payment. Do not refresh or press back button while making payment and wait till 60 seconds atleast after making payment, for successful message.
5. Upload Only recent passport size photo maximum upto 100 kb could be uploaded. Also if we found any couple photo then form shall be rejected.
