Refunds of Passes once booked are not available. We reserve the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellations Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Privacy Policy :

when voluntarily submitted by our Members during the Membership registration. Usage of such information shall be limited to bookings
and participation of passes only. We may disclose your information as required by law or if we believe that such action is necessary
to comply with legal requirements, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of others. We take reasonable measures to protect the
confidentiality and security of your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is
completely secure.
3. General Terms and Conditions :
* Pass once booked cannot be cancelled or transfer.
* All the members and Guests have to compulsorily book passes.
* Guests have to provide Photo Id proof at time of entry.
* Event Props shall be provided to the passholder only.
* Passholder has to wear a band for the particular event.
* Members and Guests have to adhere to the rules and instructions provided by committee members for particular event.
